(It's Funny) When People Don't Listen

I had a silly yet funny encounter with this vendor in Cybermall. I heard from Jilly, that they're selling tasty lemon squares. I was intrigued so I went there to buy. Here's my conversation with the vendor:
Raimon: Miss, may lemon squares kayo?
Vendor: Ay sir, wala na po. Naubos na. (super sad tone)
Raimon: Miss, ano 'to? (pointing at a dessert)
Vendor: Lemon sqares po.
Raimon:
The Watsons here in Eastwood has the best customer service ever. They're very approachable. (Duh!) They're very kind to customers. (Double-duh!) And they have excellent listening skills. (Amen!) This happened several months ago.
Raimon: Uhmm.. Kremil-S. Dalawa.
Watsons: Ilang po? Sampu?
Raimon:
Here's is Sel's story (still in Watsons).
Sel: Tsaka Smart load na 300.
Watsons: Smart load na 300. Ma'am, Globe po?
Sel:
Last September, I got a phone call from BPI offering me a credit card. She (the one who called me) asked some questions and we struggled to understand each other in one of her questions.
BPI: Name of employer po, sir?
Raimon:
Trend Micro.
BPI: John Michael?
Raimon: Hinde. TREND. MICRO.
BPI: Ah... Trend Michael.
Raimon:
It pays to listen.
